EchoTots은(는) 만 2~4세 유아와 그 부모를 위한 이중언어(한국어·영어) 학습 앱입니다. 저희는 아이들의 개인정보 보호를 최우선으로 생각합니다. 이 앱은 개인정보를 서버로 전송하지 않으며, 광고를 게재하지 않고, 어떠한 데이터도 제3자와 공유하지 않습니다.

1. 수집하지 않는 정보

본 앱은 회원가입이 없으며, 다음과 같은 개인정보를 수집·전송·저장(서버)하지 않습니다.

이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 식별 정보
위치 정보
기기 식별자(광고 ID 등)를 이용한 추적
사용 행태를 분석하는 제3자 분석 도구

2. 기기 내에만 저장되는 정보

앱의 일부 기능은 사용자가 직접 만든 콘텐츠를 사용합니다. 이 콘텐츠는 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며, 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

부모 음성 녹음 — 카드에 부모가 직접 녹음한 음성
커스텀 사진 카드 — 사용자가 추가한 사진

이 데이터는 저희가 접근할 수 없으며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 사용자는 앱 내에서 언제든 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.

3. 카메라 및 마이크 접근

커스텀 사진 카드와 부모 음성 녹음 기능을 위해 카메라·마이크·사진 접근 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 이 권한으로 얻은 데이터는 오직 해당 기능을 위해 기기 내에서만 사용되며, 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 권한은 사용자가 기기 설정에서 언제든 해제할 수 있습니다.

4. 아동의 개인정보 보호

본 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하며, 다음 규정의 원칙을 준수하도록 설계되었습니다.

결제, 설정, 사진 업로드 등 부모를 위한 기능은 부모 확인 절차(부모 게이트) 뒤에 배치하여 아동이 실수로 접근하지 않도록 하였습니다.

5. 결제 정보

유료 구독을 이용하는 경우, 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 처리됩니다. 저희는 신용카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 결제 관련 개인정보 처리는 각 스토어의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

6. 광고 및 제3자 공유

본 앱은 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 어떠한 개인정보도 제3자에게 판매·공유·전송하지 않습니다.

7. 처리방침의 변경

본 처리방침은 필요 시 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지에 게시하고 최종 수정일을 갱신합니다.

EchoTots is a bilingual (Korean & English) learning app for young children ages 2–4 and their parents. Protecting children's privacy is our highest priority. This app does not transmit any personal data to servers, does not display ads, and does not share any data with third parties.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

This app has no account registration. We do not collect, transmit, or store (on servers) the following:

Identifying information such as name, email, or phone number
Location data
Tracking via device identifiers (e.g., advertising IDs)
Third-party analytics that profile user behavior

2. Information Stored ONLY on Your Device

Some features let you create your own content. This content is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to any external server.

Parent voice recordings — audio recorded by a parent for a card
Custom photo cards — photos added by the user

We cannot access this data. It is deleted when you delete the app, and you can delete it yourself within the app at any time.

3. Camera and Microphone Access

We may request camera, microphone, and photo access for the custom photo card and parent voice recording features. Data from these permissions is used only on your device for those features and is never transmitted externally. You can revoke these permissions in your device settings at any time.

4. Children's Privacy

This app is directed to children and is designed to follow the principles of:

Parent-facing features such as payments, settings, and photo uploads are placed behind a parental gate to prevent accidental access by children.

If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers. Payment-related data is handled under each store's own privacy policy.

This app displays no advertising and does not sell, share, or transmit any personal information to third parties.
